In development, register interest

Stronger families.
Supported employees.
Better workplaces.

Employees bring more than their professional skills to work. They also bring the responsibilities, relationships and pressures of everyday family life.

When employers recognise and support those responsibilities, they can help create a workplace where people feel understood, valued and better equipped to balance the different parts of their lives. Progress Path is developing practical workshops that support working parents in strengthening family relationships, managing everyday routines and building confidence at home.

Because supporting employees means recognising the whole person.

Register your interest

Nothing is bookable yet and registering interest commits you to nothing. We will come back to you once the dates and the cost are set.

Your employees have important work to do. Some of it begins when they get home.

Behind every working parent is another part of life that matters as much as the career. After the meetings, the deadlines and the commute, they still want patience for homework, for bedtime, for the difficult conversation and for the moment their child actually needs them.

Having the intention and having the energy are not the same thing. Most of what an employer can offer a parent is either childcare or counselling, and there is very little in between.

1

Your employees are parents first

After a full working day, a parent often does not have the bandwidth left to show up at home the way they meant to. Offering this says we see you, we hear you, and we want to support you as parents, not only as staff.

2

A village of parents, inside the organisation

Working parents rarely get to compare notes with anyone who understands the job and the house. A session puts them in a room together, leaning on each other rather than only on us.

3

Everyone leaves with a plan, not a feeling

Guided activities surface what is actually hard in each family and practical ways to handle it. Each parent writes their own starting plan in the room and takes it home.

Supporting the whole person. Supporting working parents is one way of supporting the next generation.

This is not flexible working, and it does not replace it. It is not a government guidelines briefing, it is not a wellbeing talk, and it is not therapy. It is a practical session, led by the founder, drawn from the wider Progress Path approach.

A half day, in your workplace

The format is settled. What it costs and when it runs are not, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

What the half day is

The method end to end, then each parent builds their own starting plan in the room. They leave with something written rather than something remembered.

Where it happens

In a room at your place, or online if your parents are spread across sites. The material is the same either way, and so is the plan they go home with.

If half a day will not fit

Say so. A single lunch hour, or a short series across a term, are both possible. What you tell us decides which one gets built properly next.

Where this actually is

We would rather tell you plainly than let you find out after a conversation.

The book is real and dated

The Progress Path, Family Edition is finished and out on 16 November 2026. The method a session would teach is the method in that book.

The app is in private testing

A small number of families are using it now. There is no public release yet, and nothing here depends on it.

The format is decided

Half a day in your workplace, and the material is the published method. What it costs and when it runs are not settled. Nothing on this page is bookable today.

Register your interest

Tell us roughly what you have and what would work. We will come back to you when the format and the dates are set, and not before.

If you would rather just read it first, the book is out on 16 November and stands entirely on its own.
