Helping families
grow, together

Family life is full of little moments that shape who our children become. Progress Path brings everyday routines, responsibilities, encouragement and meaningful conversations into one family space.

It helps parents and children work together, recognise effort, build confidence and celebrate progress in ways that fit their own lives. It supports family use for children aged 4 to 16. One grown-up sets it up, and the child has their own side.

Four ways to support your child’s growth

Every family has different priorities. Progress Path offers four focused packs: Behaviour, Daily Tasks, Emotional Growth and School. Each helps families concentrate on an area that matters to them, with practical activities, encouragement and opportunities to develop positive habits together. Families choose where to begin, and work through one pack at a time rather than all four at once.

Behaviour

A short observation period first, three to seven days of quiet noticing, then a positive week with one or two chosen actions to practise.

Daily Tasks

A realistic daily rhythm built from the family's own times.

Emotional Growth

A daily practice around feelings and social actions. Feelings are never scored or rewarded.

Daily School Tasks

The school day, before and after, in the child's own words.

Celebrate the effort. Build the confidence.

Progress is not only about reaching a goal. It is about noticing the effort, courage and consistency that help children get there. Progress Path gives families ways to recognise everyday achievements, celebrate milestones and encourage children to keep growing. Recognition comes before reward.

The app’s daily task tracking and calculations are explained during setup, and they may work differently from the book’s visual daily assessment.

The Gold Path

Five small stars make one Gold Sticker. The Gold Path has 84 spaces with six Level Ups along the way.

Gold Pick and Dive

Every ten Gold Stickers opens a Gold Pick and Dive, a sealed surprise the grown-up prepared earlier.

Silver Stars

The grown-up's own recognition. Fifty Silver Stars earn a certificate.

Black Premium

The rarest recognition. At most five a year, and separate from Gold.

What is in the app

Only what is built and working in testing today. Anything still being made is not described here.

The grown-up’s side

Make everyday routines easier, with Next Up

From getting ready for school to homework, helping at home and winding down at bedtime, Next Up turns the day's agreed responsibilities into manageable steps in the order they happen, so nobody has to hold the whole day in their head.

A little reminder, at the right time

Busy family life makes it easy for things to be forgotten. Reminders arrive at the times you set, supporting a child in knowing what comes next, without turning every task into another conversation about what has not been done.

See how far you have come together

A weekly review helps you notice what went well, talk about what was difficult and agree what to work on next. It is an opportunity for encouragement, not simply a list of completed tasks.

Words that stay with them

A few thoughtful words can make a lasting difference. Leave little notes for your child to find, including a first note at setup, and a voice note if you would rather speak than type.

Your own calendar

Your routine times can be added to your phone's own calendar. Nothing is connected to any calendar.

Recognition in one place

Stars, stickers, the Gold Path and the Pick and Dive, counted for you.

The child’s side

Make room for how they feel

Children do not always have the words to explain what is happening inside. The daily check in gives them an age appropriate way to recognise and express their feelings: tapped feelings, and a typed note if they want to add one. Nothing is audio recorded, feelings are never scored, and the aim is to help a child feel heard.

Discover who you are and who you are becoming

Every child is developing their own sense of identity. The Mind Map is a board where your child puts into words who they are, what they enjoy, what they find hard and what helps, and chooses what to show you. For parents it opens the door to conversations that might not otherwise happen. For children it is a chance to reflect and build self belief.

A companion voice

Amelia or Archie, chosen by the child, answer the check in with recorded lines. Samara narrates the grown-up pages.

All 4 Nothing

A strategy game in the app. Daily game time is 30 minutes by default and the grown-up holds it. It never affects the Gold Path.

Their own day

A child's device shows only that child's own day, their recognition and the notes left for them.

Different families. Shared encouragement.

Family life does not look the same for everyone. Some children live with two parents, some move between homes, and others are supported by grandparents, carers or trusted adults. The people supporting a child may not all live under one roof.

Two Homes

For a child whose life spans more than one household. It is built and in testing with the families using Progress Path now.

Other trusted adults

Wider access for grandparents, carers and other supporting adults is planned rather than available. When it exists it will respect family roles, permissions and privacy, and a child's private reflections will stay private.

The goal is not to make every household identical. It is to help the adults supporting a child work with greater consistency and connection.

Sharing with school, when you choose

Progress Path is built so a family can share a chosen summary of their child's routine with a school or support service. The family's administrator decides what is shared, sees exactly what the school will see before anything is sent, and can end it at any time. This part is being introduced by invitation and is not yet open to schools.

Privacy by design

Where your data lives

Where your family's data is stored and processed is set out in full on our data use page. A child's own device holds only what that child is shown.

Children are never scored as people

Only tasks are rated. Never the child.

No advertising, no selling of data

We do not run advertising and we do not sell family data. Any change to that policy would be published on this site and families told before it took effect.

The family's data is the family's

It belongs to them, not to us.
